At NL Designs, each item is made to order and created with care.

Because many products are personalized or printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size ordered by customer
  • change of mind
  • personalized/custom items unless damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

  • defective

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll review and work toward a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once an order enters production, cancellation may not be possible.
