Every item is created with care and made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order.

Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

Custom or personalized orders may take additional time depending on design approval and production.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

International

7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • carrier delays
  • holidays
  • customs processing
  • weather conditions
  • high-volume order periods

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • item type
  • quantity
  • destination

Promotional free shipping may be offered during special sales or events.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

NL Designs is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins or the order ships, changes may not be possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • check your tracking information
  • contact the carrier directly
  • reach out to us through our Contact page and we’ll do our best to help

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on:

  • product type
  • fulfillment location
  • inventory availability

If that happens, tracking information will be sent for each shipment.
